I've never worked out before, am I ready for the challenge?
In many ways, you're in a better position than anybody else, because you're starting with a 'clean slate'.
Not only is your body likely to respond more quickly to exercise than someone who's trained in the past, but you're not going to learn any of the bad habits often picked up when working out for the first time.
And, rest assured, all of the exercises are delivered through our custom app, which means you'll have a full explanation of how to do them so you can be fully confident you know what you're doing.
I've tried to lose weight before. How is this going to be different?
If you've tried to lose weight in the past, or even managed to lose some but struggled to keep it off, chances are you're missing one critical element in your journey: Mindset.
There's a big focus in the Summer Shred on helping you create the right mindset to guarantee you succeed. Combine that with the accountability and support of the Facebook group, and you'll understand why the Summer Shred has such a high success rate.
I don't want to get 'ripped' like you. Can I still do the challenge?
One of the most important things to remember is the Summer Shred is about YOU.
We're all on different journeys, and no individual's transformation is going to mirror any other's.
I'm not here to tell you what I think you should achieve, or how I think you should look. That's your decision.
The Summer Shred isn't about getting a 6-pack. It's about creating a body you're happy with, and becoming a fitter, healthier person in all aspects of your life.

In addition to gym workout plans, I've created a comprehensive set of home workout programmes, meaning you don't need to sign up to a gym to achieve a fantastic body transformation.
Can I eat 'normal' foods, or do I have to cook separate meals for my family?
I get it. I've got a wife and 2 children. Nobody wants to be having to cook completely different food for themselves and their family.
Rest assured you'll still be able to eat normal food when on the Summer Shred. Instead of any 'fad' diets, you'll simply earn the right types and quantities of foods to eat to ensure you hit your nutritional targets.
What if I don't have the time to work out? Can I still complete the challenge?
Completing some exercise is an important part of the Summer Shred but that doesn't mean you'll be working out for hours every day.
All of our training programmes have be designed to take as little time as possible while having the greatest impact, so you needn't worry about not having the time to train.
